A webspace host system hosts a maximum of 500 customers. With shared hosting, multiple customers share the resources of the host system.
The webspace host systems have 2 × 10 Gbit/s network uplinks. This describes the host system’s connectivity, not a guaranteed bandwidth per webspace plan.
Our support team helps with questions and issues concerning the hosting platform and minor webspace adjustments. Support for your content or third-party software is not included. You can contact us through a ticket in the customer area.

If your current provider uses Plesk, you can carry out the migration yourself through Plesk using your existing login details. Back up your data before migrating and check your website, database and mailboxes afterwards.
Yes. Our webspace platform uses a high-availability (HA) architecture with Ceph storage. The platform is designed for high availability and improved resilience to failures. Keeping your own backups remains important.

When your website is ready, click “Publish” in the builder. It will be online within a few seconds.
The builder is particularly suited to a first website without HTML or coding knowledge. For very complex websites or large shops, a CMS such as WordPress may be more suitable.
You can switch to a larger plan. Our support team can help with any questions through a ticket in the customer area.
Our products use a prepaid system. If you no longer need the builder, you can let it expire. It is deleted a few days after the paid term ends without further charges.
